Front Proch Documentary Project
Hi everyone I am taking a moment to let you know that I am thinking of you all. I been thinking about doing a photo project of this once in a life time experience that is happing to everyone. The Coronavirus has the whole country shut down our lives as we know changed. We are on lock down staying home so others can live. While it seems to be good for mother earth it’s flipped things upside down for us. I feel like this is a small thing I can do with my photojournalism background is to document these strange times and give something small back. So I will be doing Quarantine front porch sessions. I been reading about and watching what visually is going on. I been inspired along with other photographers around the country to do a series of front step photo in our neighborhood. So I will be doing free sessions in area. All families will be getting photos of their session FREE. I want to show a community perspective of the impact we have all been dealing with.

For now I will be working with my neighbors and people I know to start this project. I will be also taking bookings if other reach out and would like to be part of the project. I will be maintaining the CDC recommendations of social distancing and wearing masks. For some shots I have a long lens and might just drive by and take some pictures from the car or sidewalk if possible. If we get a lot of interest it might be possible to raise money for a charity
UPDATE: Thank you for all that participated.
